Nearbuy App Redesign
Fashion & Goods Category

Make your life easier, faster and more efficient

THE CONTEXT

Nearbuy is a local search and discovery platform that connects users with the best deals and offers from local businesses and service providers in their city.

THE PROBLEM

  • The core problem was that the Nearbuy app’s user experience and information architecture were no longer aligned with the platform’s growing offerings.

  • Users struggled to discover deals across new categories, engagement was dropping, and feature limitations were affecting retention.

  • A redesign was required to create a more intuitive, visually modern, and scalable experience.

FEATURE PRIORITIZATION

To ensure the Nearbuy app effectively meets user needs and stays competitive, it's crucial to prioritize features strategically. Using the MoSCoW method, we can categorize the features based on their importance and urgency.

FINAL DESIGN SOLUTION

After evaluating all explorations, we chose a low-fidelity design direction for Fashion & Goods that balances simplicity with functionality. This approach prioritizes fast browsing while maintaining essential e-commerce features.
